Will this replace the academy?
No, the academy mostly enables in-person soft-skill trainings and some in-person hard-skill trainings. Where E-Cadamy excells is in digital on-demand content that reduce the planning strain whilst enabling everyone to more flexible develop themselves in content created by Digital Power.
Is this just for employees?
Not necessarily; the goal of the platform is to provide an educational platform for our colleagues and partners. Although we are not developing educational courses for partners, we can leverage this platform to provide a briefing or knowledge floor. We do this in order to enable partners to prepare for advanced workshops.
